Atlas Mountain Trek 2024
While Mt Toubkal is the highest peak in North Africa and the most popular trek in the High Atlas Mountains in Morocco, there are many lesser-explored trails to discover. This trip will steer us away from the tourist routes and along more remote trails. Following ancient paths that snake between secluded villages, over mountain pastures and passes, absorbed by the mesmerising landscapes and Berber culture.

Back to Kilimanjaro!! All female crew heading to Kilimanjaro in aid of The Murray Parish Trust. Many of you will remember we went to Kilimanjaro 2019, we had utter freak weather and missed the view, so we are going back for take two! Super exicted to be going back to Africa. Following an over subscribed Kilimanjaro trip in 2019 we plan to return to Kilimanjaro with another amazing group of people. Trekking to the summit at a lovely pace following the Lemosho route allowing us to acclimatise and enjoy what is going to be a truly epic journey. Race To The King
Race to the King is the stunning South Downs walk, jog or run, taking you from Arundel to the magnificent Winchester Cathedral. Along the stunning South Downs Way, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the Ancient Weald of Southern England and the Queen Elizabeth Country Park.
This is a challenge for all, inclusive of all ages, experience and fitness levels. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, patient plodder or weekend walker – choose to camp over the weekend or take on the full distance in one go.
Team GC currently have a team of 10 women tackling this challenge all working at their own pace whilst raising funds for their chosen charities.
Toubkal
Marrakech to Jebel Toubkal is a true north African adventure in 6 unforgettable days. At 4,167m, Jebel Toubkal is the highest of the Atlas Mountains. It might be on our doorstep but it offers an experience and trekking challenge totally different from the mountains we’ve come to know and love in Europe.
Our aim is to take a team of local ladies on what will be an superb adventure whilst raising vital funds for their charities.

Orphanage Africa
Team GC Kilimanjaro girls are heading to Kilmanjaro Centre for Orphans and Street Kids to spend a day of playing with children and taking donations of clothes, books, stationary and shoes for children aged 3-12.
We will be taking donation running up to the event. Please do drop us a line should you wish to get involved.

Elbrus North-South Traverse
A team of dare devils heading to Elbrus in Russia tackling aiming to summit the highest peak in Europe. Standing at 5642 meters and part of the Caucasus Mountain Elbrus is a stunning dormant volcano. We aim to collect as much information as possible to tour the schools in Hampshire with tales of adventure and tackling challenges. Money raised from these talks will be going to charity.

Clarendon Way Marathon
Team GC hosting a fabulous event raising money for a variety of worthy local causes. We will be meeting at Costa Coffee in Salisbury and ‘pottering’ 26 miles into Winchester along some of the most stunning countryside. Drop us a line should you wish to learn more.

Ultra Marathon
Join Team GC Ultra Marathon in aid of The Murray Parish Trust. We will be walking the route from Marlow to Windsor. Most of us are doing the full Ultra Marathon which is approx 51km however there are alternative options. https://www.london-revolution.com/trails/

The money you raise will be used for: two vital pieces of equipment for UHS: a state of the art 3D printer which creates perfect models of infant patients' hearts to aid with the diagnosis and surgery for congenital heart problems, and a specialist Intensive Care bed with in-built X-ray and monitoring equipment for the care of critically ill children.
It will be a super fun day for a superb cause!!

Big Sleep Out Winchester
‘Sleeping rough’ is something which nobody wants to do. We will be taking over the Bishops garden in Winchester and working with Trinity House to raise awareness of sleeping rough which raising vital funds for the charity to continue supporting those who find themselves homeless.
